PRODUCTS

Are the stickers water-proof?
All our stickers are made of durable vinyl, are water-resistant and weather-resistant. You can place them on your drinkware with confidence they will not peel when washed. 

Do you take custom orders on stickers?
Yes, we do! You can order a Custom Sticker Illustration to order a custom 3”, 4”, or 5” sticker. After the order is placed, you will receive an email asking for more information on the image/concept you would like to place on the sticker. You will receive a sticker proof prior to sending the design to print for approval.

How long does it take to make my custom sticker?
After placing the order and submitting the image/concept for the sticker, it will take 2 weeks for the illustration to be completed. Once the sticker proof is approved, it will take 4-6 days to receive the stickers from the manufacturer. Order will be shipped out as soon as it arrives to our warehouse.

Do you manufacture in-house?
We create all our designs in-house and produce some products in-house. We also partner with expert manufacturers to produce durable products such as stickers, magnets, keychains, and stationary items.

What are your t-shirt size measurements?
All our t-shirts are unisex and are pre-washed. You can find sizing information in our Size Guide.

What type of printing process is used on your clothing?
We use a combination of vinyl printing and screenprinting. Printing method depends on the style of the shirt. More information on each model is included in the description of each item.

When will you have state stickers for my state?
We are currently working on having all state stickers available for all 32 Mexican states. We try to avoid rushing in designing these stickers to ensure we capture the beauty of each state as much as possible. You can receive notices of new releases by signing up for our newsletter or following us on Instagram.

 

ORDERING

Is your website secure?
jederliA Creations takes website security very seriously and uses the latest industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal information. Payment processing is conducted by Shopify to ensure protection of your personal payment information. Please notice the small pad-lock icon in the locked position that will appear in the lower-right corner or upper-right corner of your browser during each of the pages checkout process.

What payment method do you accept?
jederliA Creations offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay


Do you sell gift cards? 
Yes! We offer $25, $50, $75, and $100 gift cards. All gift cards do not expire. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email info@jederliacreations.com within the same day of placing your order for a full refund (before 12am CST time of the day you placed your order). No cancellations will be accepted after 12:00am deadline. Orders that have been shipped, will no longer be available to update. 

When will you restock any sold-out items?
We try to make sure we have products stocked as soon as possible. If a product is out our stock, you can sign up to get a notification when the item you are looking for is back in stock. Simply enter your email on the “Email Me When Available” section on the specific product page and enter your email address. You can also subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram.

  

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?
Orders are shipped to all states in the U.S., and all over the world.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS from our warehouse in Houston, TX or Austin, TX, U.S.A. Items in stock take a standard 3-5 business days for fulfillment and shipping. Custom items take a standard 5-10 business days for fulfillment and shipping. Once you order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation including a tracking number is sent to the email or phone number provided at the time of purchase. 

What does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and shipping preference. To find out shipping costs for your order, add the items to your cart and select your country and shipping preference to get a shipping price.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Items we have in stock will be processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. We make an effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Custom (personalized) items take 2-3 weeks to be processed because they are made-to-order.

What about shipping?
Shipping times will depend on where you live. We are shipping from Texas so the delivery times will depend on how far you live from Texas.

USPS states, but does not guarantee, delivery time will be between 3-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping will take longer. Delivery times will then be determined on your location and how fast USPS can scan and deliver your item.

Why do custom items take longer to fulfill?
jederliA Creations strives to provide quality products and uses manufacturers to create custom merchandise. Shipping timeline depends on the delivery of customized items to our warehouse. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our checkout shipping options include shipping to all ove the world! We use USPS and DHL for international shipping. To find out shipping costs for your order, add the items to your cart and select your country and shipping preference to get a shipping price.

If I live outside the USA will I be charged extra?
Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommend you visit your country's Customs webpage to get an estimate on duty fees to be expected to be charged when the package arrives. jederliA Creations does not pre-pay or cover any import fees.

I see my order is in transit but I have not received it or it is taking too long.
Unfortunately we are unable to have control on how fast USPS scans and processes your package once it is handed over to them. For any issues with transit times or delivery, please contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item if it does not fit?
jederliA Creations wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges or returns on items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are unworn and in their original condition. jederliA Creations will not accept any items with any signs of wear (includes dirt, makeup, pet hair, smoke smell, etc) or not in their original packaging. 

To initiate a return/exchange, please email info@jederliacreations.com to receive a return number. A unique return number will be provided once your return/exchange is approved and will need to be placed outside the box. jederliA Creations does not provide pre-paid return labels for exchanges or returns (unless items are defective).

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please email us at info@jederliacreations.com to make it right. 

What do I do if my item arrived damaged or is the wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us via email at info@jederliacreations.com within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. We are unable to assist you after a week or if the item has been worn/used, or has damage caused by wear and tear.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! If you are a business and would like to purchase wholesale from us, email us at info@jederliacreations.com

How do you use my personal information collected at checkout or when I sign up for a newsletter?
We use your information provided at the time of purchase to fulfill any orders placed through jederliacreations.com (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). The information is also used to communicate with you and screen orders for potential risk.

Information provided when signing up for our newsletter is used to provide you with information or advertising relation to our products or services.
